Parker joined Slatt Capital as a loan servicing analyst and excelled in supporting a $2.2B Life Company portion of Slatt Capital’s growing $5B+ portfolio. Previously, Parker served as an analyst with Rubicon Mortgage Fund, LLC. In 2022, Mr. Watson transitioned to a business generation role as an Associate and Commercial Mortgage Banker operating out of the company’s San Francisco office. Parker is a board member of Bay Area Mortgage Association, and East Bay Brokers Network while keeping active as a member of ULI, NAIOP, ICSC, Belden Club, California Association of Pioneers. Parker acts as Co-Vice President of Building Leaders Initiative (BLI). Parker is a Bay Area native from Walnut Creek and currently lives in San Mateo. He joined BLI with a commitment to giving back through empowering and supporting those in need. In his free time, Parker prefers to spend time cooking, traveling, watching sports, and incorporating the life of an outdoor enthusiast.
