Andrew Deaver

Andrew is a Senior Analyst with JLL Capital Markets, specializing in placing both debt and equity for commercial real estate projects. He embarked on his real estate career in 2020 after graduating from UC Berkeley, starting with a role on the Kaiser Permanente account within JLL’s Corporate Solutions business line. In 2022, Andrew transitioned to Northmarq, where he began working in the mortgage banking industry. During his time there, he was instrumental in facilitating over $700 million in debt and equity placements. Today, Andrew has come full circle, returning to JLL to join its Capital Markets team, focusing on debt and structured finance. He continues to leverage his expertise and experience to deliver strategic financial solutions for commercial real estate clients.

Andrew serves as vice chair of the BLI and has been involved with this initiative since it began in May of 2023.
