HIF leverages the talent, resources and relationships of the Multifamily Housing Industry to create direct and immediate impact with a focus on homelessness prevention for families in need through: Emergency financial support, access to affordable housing and the renovation of community shelters and transitional housing.
Through private and corporate support and rent donations from housing providers, HIF employs funds where they are needed most.
This includes almost 10,000 children.
HIF leverages $2 of in kind support for every $1 we invest to help agencies preserve critical funds for programs that serve the community.
